Wheels

The Manufacturer warrants at the time of shipment:

To the original retail purchaser, that all wheels are free of structural defects in material and workmanship for the lifetime of the wheel(s).

Coverage:

• Structural: Lifetime Warranty
• Polished Wheels: Are guaranteed for a period of 90 days from the original date of purchase.
• Chrome Wheels: Are guaranteed against seperation and peeling for a period of one year from the original date of purchase pending:

• The wheels are supplied by as plated.
• Proper tire mounting equipment (non front flange contacting) was used during installation.

• Painted Wheels: Are guaranteed against paint separation and paint peeling for a period of one year from the original date of purchase.
• IT IS THE OWNERS RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT AND RETORQUE THE LUG NUTS. RECHECK LUG NUT TORQUE WITHIN THE FIRST 50 MILES DRIVEN, AND PERIODICALLY THEREAFTER. FAILURE TO RECHECK LUG NUT TORQUE MAY RESULT IN SERIOUS ACCIDENT.

The Warranty Excludes:

• Wheels that have been repaired or altered.
• Wheels that have been subject to misuse, accident, neglect, chemical attack or modification.
• Wheels that have been improperly installed or installed with other than recommended accessories.
• Wheels that have been used off road, or within a racing capacity.
• Wheels that have been installed with tires that exceed the recommended size or installed on vehicles they were not specifically intended.
• Transfer of title voids any warranty.

Wheel Installation Information:

• Proper installation of wheels includes using a rim-clamp style tire changer, computerized wheel balancer, proper size wheel weights, and torquing the wheels to vehicle manufacturers specifications.

Maintenance:

• Chrome Wheels: To maintain the finish of your chrome wheels, only mild (non-abrasive) soap and water is required. Always, keep wheels free of brake dust and road salts. Avoid any ammonia based soaps.
• Polished Wheels: To maintain the finish of your polished wheels, use the same procedure as chrome wheels. Periodically, aluminum metal polish (specifically designed for aluminum wheels) may be required to bring back the original luster of a polished aluminum wheel.
• Painted Wheels: To Maintain the finish of your painted (clearcoated) wheels, follow the same procedure as chrome wheels.

Returns/Restocking Fees:

• Unmounted wheels that are in the exact condition as when received, including original packaging are entitled to an 80% credit excluding freight costs - refunds/returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Orders canceled prior to shipping will incur a 5% transaction/office fee unless order has been placed and not shipped for over 10 days from purchase because of lack of inventory.

Damaged Goods:

• Damaged goods must be reported to us by email, fax or phone message within 5 days from the date of delivery
• Original packaging must be saved for inspection by the carrier incase damage was due to shipping, wheels can not be mounted and damage claims are void without original boxes.

Guaranteed Fitment:

Some aftermarket body kit parts may require modifications for proper fitment, this includes removing the reinforcement foam bumpers on some body kits and ground effects. We recommend that you have these parts installed by a professional body shop who is experienced with custom installations. We do not recommend installing yourself, and are not responsible for any damages or problems that occur as a result of self-installation.

Fiberglass hoods are lightweight and may fly open while driving if not properly secured. We strongly recommend the use of hood pins in addition to the included latch. Showrides.net is not responsible for any damage caused by an improperly secured hood.

Some products are intended for off-road/show/race use only and are not intended for use on public highways. You are responsible for complying with any/all local, state, and federal laws.

It is our intention to offer our customers the widest selection of body kits, but sometimes at the expense of a longer wait period for procurement of a particular body kit (if it is not already in stock). Due to varying shipping times on certain aero parts, we ask that you do not schedule an appointment with a body shop for installation until you have received your ordered aero parts. If your car is in need of repair due to an accident, we ask that you call us first to check if your desired body kit is in stock and estimated ship time prior to giving your body shop any timeline. By placing an order with Showrides.net, you agree that we, Showrides.net can not be held liable for any storage fees incurred at your body shop.

Shipping Policy/ Damaged Shipments

All shipments are sent with full insurance coverage. Showrides.net ships all orders in perfect condition and is not responsible for any damage that may occur during shipping. Showrides.net shall not be responsible for any late shipments. All shipping dates given are approximate. Buyer shall not be entitled to charge backs, price reductions, and/or other offsets as a result of late shipment or failure to deliver in estimated time of delivery. You must inspect the contents of your order BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages should be noted by the driver on your copy of the delivery receipt and you must make an insurance claim with the shipping carrier to recover damages/loss of shipments. You must refuse the shipment if it looks or is damaged. If you sign for the parts, you are signing your name and agreeing that these parts are not damaged and in good condition. Once the delivery slip is signed, it is generally not possible to place an insurance claim with the shipping company and returns at this point are generally impossible.

Order Return/ Cancellation Policy

Cancelled orders are subject to a restocking fee of 20% of the original purchase price. Special order items may not be cancelled. Orders may not be cancelled once they have been shipped. We will not pay for return shipping on returned product. All items are sold as is, if your body shop does not have the experience to install or not willing to do the extra work if needed, Showrides.net is not responsible. Pictures of product must be taken with high resolution and emailed to sales@ Showrides.net. Nothing can be done unless pictures are presented to us in case of a claim or product switch.

Returns must be made within 5 days of receipt of delivery. Returns will not be accepted on any items that have been used, modified, installed, primed, painted, or damaged in any way. Original shipping charges and return shipping charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for return shipping arrangements. ALL RETURNED MERCHANDISE MUST RECEIVE APPROVAL FROM Showrides.net.
